Express Entry

Step one involves potential candidates making an expression of interest in immigrating to Canada by uploading an electronic profile to IRCC. The profiles of eligible candidates are placed in the Express Entry pool, where they are ranked according to a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). 

Step two involves the government of Canada selecting the highest ranked candidates from the pool on a category-based draws from the pool. Candidates selected by IRCC will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for a Canadian permanent resident visa, at which point they will have 60 days to submit a complete and accurate application.

Provincial Nomination Program

The Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) allow Canadian provinces and territories to nominate individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada and who are interested in settling in a particular province. Through a PNP, province invite the skilled and talented immigrants, who they find suitable for their labor market and economy. 

Agri-Food Pilot Program

It provides a pathway to permanent residence for experienced, non-seasonal workers in the meat product manufacturing, animal production (excluding aquaculture), green house, nursery and floriculture production including mushroom production. It aims to attract experienced workers in the specified occupations to economically establish in Canada and support the ongoing labour needs of the agri-food sector. 

Language requirement is currently as CLB 4 and must be working continuously for at least 1-year to be eligible.

The Home Child Care Provider / Home Support Worker Program is an enhanced permanent residence application that combines the occupation-restricted open work permit and PR application. Applicants are required to have an English language Result  (CELPIP/IELTS), an Educational Credential Assessment document and a Job Offer.
